Europe: 3-7 business days.
International: 7-14 business days.

Returns & Exchanges (According to EU Law)

We want you to love every piece. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your order under the following conditions:


1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must be sent in original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Worn, washed, or damaged items.

3. Return Process
- Request a return via info@la-alee.com with your order number.
- A return label will be provided (return shipping fees apply unless defective).
- Refunds processed within 7 business days after inspection.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

Order Processing
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Our priority is to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.
During new collection launches or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to dispatch your order as soon as possible.


Shipping Destinations & International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Luxembourg, and Portugal.

Address Changes & Tracking
To ensure fast processing, once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment. Please note that tracking updates may take up to one business day to appear after the carrier has processed your package. If you haven’t received your order, check your mailbox, ask your neighbors, or look for a delivery notice from the carrier. If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us at info@la-alee.com , and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

Non-Delivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please use your Track & Trace code to check its status. Should you encounter any delivery issues or if your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact us for support.

Free Returns for Incorrect Deliveries
If you have received an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Simply register your return via info@la-alee.com with your order number.
